Gluten-Free Vegan Pancakes

Everyone likes a bit of sweet now and then, and it’s about time we had a vegan pancake recipe for you.

These vegan strawberry-banana pancakes from Vegan Runner Eats can be made gluten-free too.

They’re made with brown rice flour and oats, along with a dash of flaxseed. The recipe calls for oats that you then pulse in the coffee grinder, or you can just start with oat flour, depending on what you have at the time. With almond milk (or your preferred non-dairy milk), vanilla, and a touch of cinnamon, these pancakes smell delicious too!
