A super simple fruit smoothie recipe!
3 Bananas (fresh or frozen*)
1 Mango (fresh or frozen if that’s what you have)
Pour some water into a blender, then add some chopped up bananas. Pulse them (or blend if you prefer, but the smoothie tends to oxidise a bit faster if you do). Then add in some chopped mango, and water if needed, and continue to pulse (with the lid on of course!). And enjoy! 🙂
*Helpful tip: For bananas that are getting a little too ripe, but you’re not quite ready to eat them yet, just put them in the fridge (where they can stay for a couple of days) or peel them and put them in a ziploc bag. Try to remove as much or the air as possible from the bag, and store them in the freezer until you’re ready to use them.
