Think you need to give up french fries when you take oil out of your diet? Think again.
Just as you don’t need an oily mayonnaise to make a good potato salad, you certainly don’t need oil when cooking up oven-baked potato wedges.

These crispy fries will show you just how good potatoes as is, no oil added. Add a bit of spice and you have the perfect side you can add to any meal. Or just enough them on their own!
- russet potatoes
- sweet paprika
- ground turmeric
- ground coriander
- cayenne pepper
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- fresh squeezed lemon juice
- sea salt (optional)
You can leave the salt out if you would rather go salt-free. The spices and baked potatoes provide plenty of flavour.
To avoid having to go through rolls of parchment paper while baking your favourite potato fries, you can use a silpat baking mat. It’s another great oil-free cooking option for the oven.
