This recipe is quite versatile, so you can change up the foods you pair it with depending on what you feel like. If you want to stick with a higher raw meal it can go well over zucchini noodles.
To make “zoodles”, all you’ll need is one or two zucchinis and a spiraliser. Once you’ve poured the ragu over the noodles, let it sit for a while so the flavour can set in.
What you’ll need to make the ragu are fairly straight forward ingredients, and they all blend well together.
If you have zucchini, scallions, and/or basil growing in your garden, they’ll make this recipe just that much better. Fresh really is best!
