- dry red lentils
- spices: curry powders, cumin, coriander
- tamari or soy sauce (like this low-sodium, gluten-free tamari soy sauce)
- fire-roasted tomatoes
- salt and pepper to taste
When you’re all done, you can put the lentil curry over rice or just have some homemade oil-free, vegan naan bread with it and you’ll be set to go!
